John Janek

John Janek is the Chief Technologist at Dev Technology Group. In that role, John collaborates with others including government, private sector, and academic partners to find new ways to apply technology for impact in government. John’s been working in tech since he was 16. His career includes the private sector, a fifteen-year stint in the U.S. Foreign Service where he served as a technologist, and time in academia. His hobbies include digital games, tabletop role-playing games, and learning how to energize and empower teams. He’s written everything from government agency strategy to RPG books.
